RISE is a digital product delivered instantly, so sales are final once the download has been accessed. This is standard for downloadable goods.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged but never received access, if your link expired before you could use it, or if the file will not open, contact us and we will fix it — or refund you.

Duplicate payments

Accidental double payments are refunded in full.
