Delivery policy.

RISE is a digital product. There is no shipping, no courier and no waiting. You receive your copy immediately after payment is confirmed.

What you receive

A digital PDF of RISE — 20 chapters, over 100 pages — readable on phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader.

How delivery works

1. Confirmation page. The moment your payment is confirmed you are taken to a confirmation page with your download link. You can download the book right there.

2. Email. The same download link and your receipt are sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it is not in your inbox within a few minutes.

No shipping

Nothing physical is posted or delivered to an address. No shipping fees are charged and no delivery address is required.

Delivery times

Delivery is immediate and automatic, 24 hours a day. In the rare case a payment takes longer to clear, access is released as soon as the payment provider confirms it.

If you don't receive your book

Email info@riseebook.co.za with the email address you used at checkout and we will send your access link straight away.
